實在不理解這個價位的酒店，燈壞了服務員問我想怎麼辦，讓我直接把房卡取下來，然後我説這樣燈是不閃了，可是空調也用不了，到這小盆友會很冷，她説給我加床被子，簡直絕了這個酒店。

訂的親子房宣傳片啥都有，到房間什麼都沒有，親子房就多個小帳篷，小童洗澡的用具也沒有，小凳子.馬桶小童墊啥都沒有，梅花鹿也沒有工作人員也沒有喂成，打電話給前台話沒説完就掛了一點都不客氣，第二次來比第一次差太多了，原本還推薦了朋友，這次體驗太差不會再來了也不會推薦別人來了，首先服務就不好然後花錢白花什麼都沒享受到，太差了

私湯房房間小、泡池也小、老年人下去不方便。前台服務態度不好，歺廳價格高菜的味道不好，早歺品種少，僅有的一二樣水果還是冰疙瘩。這麼貴的房間居然不配果盤。下次不會再來了。
