酒店硬件設施不錯，按照大型度假村標準修建的。但可能夏天客流量不大，整個酒店維護顯得差強人意，服務員也少。二樓的房間居然沒電梯，衹能叫打掃衞生的大叔幫忙提。公共温泉池就開了三個，服務和設施比起騰沖差不少。但勝在地理位置好，剛好在漂流的終點，想象一下漂流全身濕答答地在水裡泡了一個多小時，凍得牙齒打架，上岸後可以不用擠公共淋浴間，第一時間沖回房間換身衣服，再進到温泉裏的感覺還是很好滴。還有孩子也很喜歡酒店贈送的玉米喂小鹿。

誰來誰後悔，不知道怎麼説，房間在大堂後面，有點遠，沒有燈，大晚上摸黑找房間，結果房間打不開，叫前台二十分鐘才到，還有更奇葩的，第二天漂流完，酒店大門口不讓我們的車進酒店，説我們沒有訂房間，我把訂房記錄拿給他看也不讓我們進，害得我們大人小孩拖着幾大箱行李步行過來，到大門口，門口工作人員還歪的很，一直趕我們走，總之是個奇葩酒店，誰住誰倒黴，酒店設施落後，甚至門都有個很大的縫隙，被子很黴臭。算了算了，無法用言語形容，早餐那個燒水壺都爆漿了，嘖嘖嘖

晚上10點攜程訂的房間、吃完飯趕路到酒店1點了、三個小朋友都睡著了其中還有小朋友不舒服、在酒店大堂等開房等了半小時、也沒有禮賓來幫忙拿行李、最後説酒店自己原因沒有房了、看到小朋友免費升級了一下房、先帶小朋友回房睡了、
糟糕的開始了、
又等了接近一小時給我們找到了雙床房、進屋床上用品沒換、馬桶裏有💩、一次性拖鞋就擺在床邊
最後從凌晨一點折騰到凌晨五點
真的體驗感超讚！！！歡迎來體驗
該説不説前台的兩個小妹妹很負責、又是打電話跟領導協調又是幫忙拿行李的、很有責任感、桃源河温泉酒店的領導呀、麻煩你上點心吧、酒店又老價格又貴服務還不到位skr～
